I have a B.F.A. in Studio Art, a M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology, plus an Executive Certificate in Voluntary Leadership from Chapman University. I worked in social services for 10 years, including 7 years as director of a foster care agency. Prior to my social service career, I was a fitness expert and champion athlete. I am also the published author of 3 books.
